Perfectionism (Hewitt-Flett Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale) measures the drive for flawless performance and the harsh self-criticism when you fall short. Three facets: self-oriented (you demand from yourself), other-oriented (you demand from others), socially-prescribed (you feel others demand from you). 16 items.

Procrastination (Pure Procrastination Scale) measures chronic delay of important tasks despite knowing the costs. 16 items. Not laziness β€” often active avoidance from fear.

The two often co-occur β€” perfectionists procrastinate to avoid imperfect output ("I won't start until conditions are perfect"). But you can procrastinate without perfectionism (impulsivity, low conscientiousness). If you suspect both, take both. Perfectionism explains the why. Procrastination measures the cost.
