For teachers, trainers and team leads

Run a psychology test with your class or team

Twenty minutes, one test, everyone on their own phone. No accounts, no app, no cost. Teachers and trainers already run these tests with their groups — this page is the shortcut they had to find on their own.

Every test below is free, based on published instruments, and available in 14 languages. The result appears on the phone right after the last question.

How to run it in 20 minutes

  1. Try it yourself the day before

Take the test once so you know how the questions look, how long it takes and what the results page says. Most facilitators do exactly this.

  2. Pick one test for the whole group

One test per session keeps the discussion focused. The tests below are the ones groups most often choose and finish.

  3. Show the QR code or read out the address

Everyone opens the test on their own phone. Each person can switch the page to their own language — the same test runs in every language on the site.

  4. Talk about the results

Each result appears on the phone that took the test. Ask people to compare in pairs, or use the share card to put two results side by side.

What happens to the results

  • Each result shows up only on the phone the test was taken on; nobody else in the group sees it unless that person shares it. You as facilitator do not receive them, and nothing is stored under your name.
  • Nobody needs an account. Saving a result is optional and takes an e-mail code — each person decides for themselves.
  • These are educational instruments, not diagnoses. Leave the clinical screeners (depression, anxiety, burnout) out of group sessions — they are for individual use.

Compare two results

After finishing, anyone can create a share card and send it. Whoever opens it and takes the same test sees both results next to each other.
