## What is the Dark Triad?

Three socially aversive traits: **narcissism**, **Machiavellianism** and **psychopathy**. Introduced by Paulhus and Williams (2002).

## Why does it matter?

Common in the general population. Linked to aggression and toxic leadership, but also short-term success.
