Conscientiousness
What is conscientiousness?

Why does it matter?
Conscientiousness is the strongest Big Five predictor of work success, health quality (yes, longer life!), and relationship quality. Stronger than intelligence in many domains.
How is it measured?
NEO-PI-R, BFI, TIPI. Related constructs: Grit, and its opposite: procrastination.
