What is agreeableness?

Agreeableness is the Big Five dimension describing kindness, empathy, trust, and altruism. Agreeable people are helpful, trusting, willing to cooperate. Low agreeableness = skepticism, competition, bluntness.

Why does it matter?

Agreeableness predicts relationship quality, marital satisfaction, and team-work success. Low agreeableness can be an asset in negotiation roles.
