What is stress?

Why does it matter?
Chronic stress is a risk factor for heart disease, diabetes, depression, anxiety, and burnout. It's the great "hidden" killer of the 21st century.
How is it measured?
PSS-10 (Perceived Stress Scale, Cohen 1983), indirectly via GAD-7 (anxiety), MBI (burnout), and Resilience Scale.
